Whether it is a birthday, an office party or a quiet get-together, a homemade cake makes the day. We bake each one to order in our Amsterdam bakery, the same family recipes since 2003, with our chocolate cake layered in dulce de leche custard.

How do I order a cake in Amsterdam?
Reserve your cake a few days ahead through our shop page or by emailing info@mellyscookiebar.nl. We bake it fresh to order and you pick it up at Melly's Cookiebar, Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 137 in central Amsterdam.
Can I order a birthday cake?
Yes. Our chocolate cake comes in two sizes (serves 8 to 10, or 14) and we add a personal message for the occasion. Carrot cake and lemon & blueberry cake are also available, all baked fresh to order.
Do you deliver cakes or are they pickup only?
Our cakes are freshly baked to order and available for pickup at our Amsterdam shop only. For items we ship, see our cookies, alfajores and gift boxes in the webshop.
Do you have brownies?
Yes. Alongside our cakes we bake brownies fresh in the shop, available to enjoy in store or take away at Melly's Cookiebar in the centre of Amsterdam.
