Return Policy

We take great care in packing and shipping our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, the following conditions apply:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Only unused and undamaged items are eligible for return.

Perishable and food products cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Once a return is approved, only the cost of the returned goods will be refunded.

Shipping costs (original and return shipping) are not refundable.

No. Our webshop sells food products only.
